- Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Curry Leaves.
- Saute well the Onions for 2 Mins.
- Add Mushrooms and Saute.
- Add Freshly Grinded Masala Powder, Salt to taste.
- Saute and Cook it for 5 Mins.
- Add capsicums.
- Saute for 2 Mins.
