I used Sherri 's personal recipe 'Basic Pizza Dough' for the crust and stuffed the crust w/ mozzarella for extra cheesy goodness. This was so good that hubby already said that I have to make this for him to take to the guys at work. Stir together the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture on the pre-baked crust.
