- slice the onions nice and thin.fry in a wok or deep frying pan in oil until golden if using leftovers add now if not remove onions and set aside..
- marinate the lamb or mutton chops in garlic powder(you don't have to do this if you are using leftovers)just marinate these as you are papering the onions.
- fry chops in leftover oil until browned.now add onions and chilly fry for a couple of minutes together. .add tin of tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes now add mint sauce give it a good stir add water bring to boil turn heat down add pepper give it a good stir and simmer until meat is done (one and a half to two and half hours).
