  2. It's of lard/oil-35g.
  3. It's of onions,chopped-100g.
  4. It's of flour-25g.
  5. It's 25 g of paprika-10-.
  6. You need of Tomato puree-25g.
  7. It's of stock-750ml.
  8. It's pieces of turned-8.
  9. Prepare of cloux paste-125ml.

Goulash step by step

  1. Remove excess sinew& fat from the beef.
  2. Cut into 2cm.
  3. Add roughly cut onions & carrots & continue frying to a golden colour.
  4. Add the flour & mix in singe in the oven on top of the stove.
  5. Tomato puree& stir in with a wooden spoon.
  6. Mix in the stock bring to the boil & skim.
  7. When cooked place the meet into a clean pan.
  8. Correct the sauce & pass onto the meat.
  9. Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top of the meet.
