- It's of stew beef-400g.
- It's of lard/oil-35g.
- It's of onions,chopped-100g.
- It's of flour-25g.
- It's 25 g of paprika-10-.
- You need of Tomato puree-25g.
- It's of stock-750ml.
- It's pieces of turned-8.
- Prepare of cloux paste-125ml.
Goulash step by step
- Remove excess sinew& fat from the beef.
- Cut into 2cm.
- Add roughly cut onions & carrots & continue frying to a golden colour.
- Add the flour & mix in singe in the oven on top of the stove.
- Tomato puree& stir in with a wooden spoon.
- Mix in the stock bring to the boil & skim.
- When cooked place the meet into a clean pan.
- Correct the sauce & pass onto the meat.
- Serve with chopped parsley sprinkled on top of the meet.
