- Prepare 2 of small onions chopped.

- It's 6 ounce of tomato paste.
- Prepare 1 quart of home canned tomato.

Goulash instructions
- Brown ground beef, drain and reserve.
- In 2 Tbs olive oil sautee red pepper flakes, chopped peppers first then onion until soft.
- Add all tomatoes and paste, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic and other spice to vegetables and simmer until chopped tomatoes soften (about 1 hour).
- While boiling macaroni add beef to tomato mixture and simmer.
- When mac is cooked, add to rest stir and let sit 30 minutes before eating.
