  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a work. Put semolina and fry till golden brown..
  2. Cut onio and potato into thin slice.
  3. Now heat 1 tbsp oil in another work put potato and fry for 5 mins.add onion and peanuts bangal gram and urad gram and stir fry till peanuts cracks put mustardseeds now add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil..
  4. Add salt and chilli powder in the last put semolina and stir it quickly.at the time of serving garnish with bikaneri sev coconut powder..
