Suji should get a golden to a very light brown colour. Once toasted, set aside to cool. Add the cooked vegetables and salt to taste. When the water starts boiling, add the suji in a flow, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.

- Heat a pan add oil first add gram dal & udad dal when turns light pink add mustard,,jeers,green chilli,curry leaves and hing.
