  2. It's 5 cup of uziza leaf(sliced).
  3. It's 2 cup of pieces stock fish.

  6. It's 3 teaspoon of dried pepper (ground).
  7. It's 1 tablespoon of palm oil.
  8. It's 5 cube of maggi.

  1. Wash meat and stock fish very well with salt then put in a clean pot,add maggi,salt with little water boil for 35 min.
  2. Then add pepper,crayfish after 3 min add palm oil then after 2min add water leaf.
  3. Allow to boil for 10min.Then pound the uziza leaf untill it becomes paste..
  4. Add the paste to the pot on heat and stir after 5 min turn off heat..
  5. Soup is ready so so delicious.serve hot with semo as shown above..
