Ingredients of Ukodo

  1. It's of Chicken or goat meat (cut into bite sized pieces).
  2. Prepare of Dried fish.
  3. You need 2 of large yam slices (about 600g).
  4. You need 2 of unripe plantains.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of peppersoup spice mix.
  6. Prepare 1 handful of crayfish.
  7. You need 1 of small onion.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of ground cayenne pepper.
  9. Prepare 1 of Seasoning cube.
  10. You need of Native salt (you can replace with Seasoning cube).
  11. Prepare of Salt.
