- Separate the oha leaf from the stalk and cut it into bits with your hand..
- Wash and season beef. Put on the fire with stockfish, cook till soft.
- Wash dry fish with salt and water, add to the boiling mix.
- Add salt and seasoning cubes to taste. Add dry pepper and crayfish..
- Soak dry mushroom with water for about 10 mins, add to the pot too..
- Put in ogiri, adjust taste..
- Mix Achi in Palm oil, pour into boiling mix. Watch it thicken..
