- Wash beef,marinate for 30mins,cook with lil water, soak fish in hot water for 1min,remove from water and remove bones..
- Add to beef,add palmoil,crayfish,pepper, okpei,seasoning,cook for a min,add waterleaf,stir,cook for 1min,taste to adjust with salt, add bitter leaf last,stir,cook for 1min,viola!!!Ready to eat....
