  1. Make the macaroni as instructed on the packet in boiling water with salt and oil. Drain and leave aside..
  2. For white sauce, add butter in a pan, melt it, add the maida and nicely stir well.  Slowly, add the milk, constantly stirring it till nicely incorporated. Season with the salt,pepper and mustard powder. Take off the heat and add the cheeses and quickly mix well till nice and creamy..
  3. Now, add the cooked macaroni as much only to make it well coated but not too over with macaroni..it should be more of the white sauce..
  4. Saute the onions in some oil. Cook the minced chicken/beef meat well(for beef it will take some more time as known), with salt and pepper and ginger and garlic. Cook on low fire till nice and tender. Add chilli powder, and some tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons maida..
  5. Boil and mash the potatoes till nice and soft..no water should be there. season with salt and pepper. Add the butter, mix well. Add milk till a fluffy texture..
  6. In a greased dish, start assembling the layers. First, the meat base, then the cooked vegetables(carrots, cabbage, peas,etc), which was cooked previously. Then,add a layer of the cheesy macaroni and spread well..
  7. Next, add a layer of the potato stuffing with a spoon. Again with the remaining macaroni and any left over sauce for more creaminess. Garnish with coriander, mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs..
  8. Bake on a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for around 35-40 minutes, till nicely golden brown on top..
