Millers meatballs instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. use bottom 1/3 of oven to cook meatballs.
- Add all ingredients excepts ground beef. and stir with a spoon.
- Add ground beef, mix with hands,, until blended well and smells really good..
- Shape in to meatballs[ I use my 1/4 cup measure and then round them out with my hands to make round.].
- Add thin layer of marinara sauce to bottom of glass baking dish add meatballs making sure not to touch. [I had to use to dishes].
- Cover with tin foil. bake at 400F for 45 mins. uncover and bake another 5 mins..
- I add my cook meatballs to a potato roll. Meatball sandwich.
