Ingredients of Tofu chips
- You need 250 grams of harden tofu.
- It's of what ever sauce you like.
- Prepare of salt and pepper.
Transfer the chips to a baking tray, drizzle them with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss the chips with your hands to coat them. Add in an immersion blender cup unsweetened soy milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, kala namak, and lime juice. If it's too liquidy, add a bit more oil and blend further.

- Cut tofu into chips. Score them getly on one side..
- Place chips on an oven tray and place in oven. Cook chips for 20mins or until golden brown on each side..
- Remove from heat onto paper towel..
- Season with whatever veggie salt you like. Serve immediately with sauce..
- Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce..
