I used Johnsonville sausage so I needed to add a little olive oil because they are not as fatty as other sausage. - Medium slice Pepper, Onions, Garlic and set aside..

I did not drain the tomatoes and I added marsala wine to bring out the flavor of the sausage and the sweetness of the peppers.
