- You need 1 slice of Flat bread or Pita bread.
- Prepare 2/3 cup of Nacho Cheese (we get the big can from Costco).
- It's 1 of Smoked Sausage (we get the heritage farms, they're basically smoked hotdogs).
- You need 1/2 slice of Black Forest Ham (From Costco, but any kind works, also add more or less ham per preference).
- It's 1 packages of Bacon bits, (real preferred but any kind works).
- Prepare 1 dash of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika (any seasoning really, to your preference).
Cup, pack and pat the meat around the cheese, using your hands to mould it back into a ball. You'll soon get the hang of it. Meanwhile, crack on with your chilli sauce. We upload new videos (at least) twice a week.

- Cut up your smoked sausage in even pieces, enough to cover the whole slice of pita bread..
- Place pita bread on a microwave safe plate, and spread evenly with half the nacho cheese. And spread some of the bacon bits..
- Evenly spread out smoked sausage over nacho cheese, then cut or rip your slice of Black Forest ham..
- Spread the ham out evenly over the smoked sausage, then top with the rest of the nacho cheese and cover with bacon bits..
- Sprinkle seasoning of your choice (I used garlic powder) over the top sparingly..
- Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute, or until cheese is melted and meat is warmed..
