- It's 1 tbsp of set honey.
- It's 1 of sharp, sweet apple (such as Cox's pippin), washed and sliced.
Serve with a drizzle of honey on top or in a bowl on the side for self serving. Layer half the brie cheese pieces onto the bread, leaving no large gaps uncovered. Arrange apple slices onto the brie cheese and season with the fresh thyme. Layer remaining brie cheese onto the apple slices and finish with the second slice of bread.
