- Roast Caraway Seeds, Cubeb, Cloves, Poppy Seeds, Black Pepper Balls, Roasted Gram, and Cinnamon. Roast it in Frying Pan for 1-2 Minutes..
- Add the Roasted mix into a grinder and grind into a fine powder. Add the Powder into a plate..
- In a Chopper add Beef Mince, Egg, Ginger Garlic Paste, Dry Milk Powder, Coriander Leaves, Raw Papaya Paste, Green Chillies, Cumin, Salt, Onions, Cardomom Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Bread Slices, and also add the Powder that we've Grinded before..
- Chop until well combined..
- Transfer into a bowl. Knead for 30 Seconds. Refrigerate for 1 hour..
- Apply Oil on your hands. Take some of the mixture and put it onto a skewer. Shape it into a Seekh Kabab..
- Put it on a grill. Brush some Oil on top of the Seekh Kabab. B.B.Q for 6-8 minutes or until done. (Keep turning in between)..
