- In afrying pan...add in your oil...when it's ready add in your onions..and sauteƩ them till translucent.

- Now make small balls out of the dough...once you're done...apply flour on your rolling surface and roll a ball...apply flour on the ball then cooking oil...place another ball on top of the rolled one and roll... alternate the rolling and the application of flour and oil...once done.
- Heat the rolled balls on a pan...and peel them out gently from one another...cut them with the help of a round plate...then cut into 4 quarters.
- Fold the quarters into cones as you out in your minced beef...then apply the flour paste for the openings to stick...once you're done...fry them till brown..then put on a paper towel to drain excess oil....
