Add oil to a pan and heat, add cumin and let it splutter,add ginger paste or grated ginger and fry till you smell good.   8. On a bread slice, spread some of the potatoes and put some cheese..
  9. Cover with the 2nd slice..
  10. Now put the sandwich in the maker and put small dollops of butter on them..
  11. Close the sandwich maker and let it cook until nice and crisp..
  12. Serve with green chutney or ketchup..
  13. I got to hear about Canola oil recently when the company was gracious enough to send me a sample to cook with. I have used it in almost all cooking styles i.e. grilling, baking, stir fry, tempering. The oil has a higher smoking point and is flavorless.
