  1. Par boil fusilli and drain.
  2. Cut all veggies and set aside.
  3. Add oil to a sauce pan. Then add lamb chops, keep stirring until tender then add minced ginger and garlic. Stir. Add in vegetables and sauté.
  4. Add fusilli and stir in well then add a little of beef stock and cover to simmer for 2 minutes..
