- It's 1 lb of ground beef.
- You need 1/2 cup of Salsa.
- It's 1/2 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs.
- You need 1 of Egg.
- It's 3 clove of of garlic.
- You need 1 tbsp of dried parsley.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp of pepper.
- You need 1/2 cup of onion.
Securely wrap and freeze cooled meat loaf in foil. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Use your favorite salsa, as long as it's thick. If you want a milder meat loaf, leave out the salsa.
