- You need 2-3 of tomatoes.

- You need 2-3 of Green chillies.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- You need of Onion 1 chopped.
- You need of Grilled veggies (onion,tomatoes,green chillies).
Place the rice in a serving dish and remove the crispy rice crust that formed at the bottom of the pot. Serve the kebabs accompanied with the grilled tomatoes and onions and the rice topped with a few tablespoons of saffron rice. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add the salt and add the rice. Cook until rice is almost done but not soft.

- In chopper add onion, ginger garlic paste coriander,green chillies and chopperize them..
- Now add mince in it with salt,pepper,lemon juice and saffron now chipperize them..
- Take out them from chopper and make kabab and grill or shallow fry in butter.
- (For rice) heat oil in a pan and add chicken stock,saffron,salt bring it to boil and add soaked rice..
- When water dries out add butter and raisins let it simmer or 10 min on low flame..
- Grill out some tomatoes,onion and green chillies in same grilled pan..
- For sauce :in blender add tomatoes,green chillies and coriander with salt and lemon juice and blend after blend add chopped onion and mix well.
- Serve rice with kabab and hot veggies with sauce..
